(in advance, IBERDROLA), holding company of Iberdrola Group (owner, directly or indirectly, of IBERDROLA ENERGÍA ESPAÑA, S.L.U.) takes part in Autocontrol (Asociación para la Autorregulación de la Comunicación Comercial) and jointed the Code of Conduct in Publicity and the Ethical Code for e-Commerce and interactive Publicity, approved by this Association and available on its site www.autocontrol.es.
Likewise, IBERDROLA, its affiliates and all its employees are bound by the internal rules of Governance and Sustainability System and the Code of Conduct for Directors, Professionals and Suppliers of the company, which are available to users, together with information on compliance with them, in the www.iberdrola.com.

In the event of any discrepancy or dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use or the content of the website in general, IBERDROLA ENERGÍA ESPAÑA, SAU and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might otherwise be entitled, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the User's place of residence. In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, IBERDROLA ENERGÍA ESPAÑA, SAU and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Bilbao.
