The Iberdrola Group, of which Iberdrola España is a part, is one of the best companies to work for in Spain, according to the ranking compiled by the business newspaper 'Financial Times' in collaboration with the global statistics platform Statista, which lists the 1,000 best companies to work for in Europe.

The ranking places the Iberdrola Group as the best in the sector and in the 'top 5' of the overall national ranking. The analysis evaluated a preliminary list of more than 15,000 relevant European companies.

To be considered in the study companies must employ at least 500 people in Europe and demonstrate a significant international presence on the continent, evidenced by factors such as offices, job opportunities or active hiring in at least two European countries.

To compile the ranking more than six million employee reviews from across Europe were collected and analyzed; employees were asked to rate aspects such as working conditions, salary and career development opportunities, both at their own company and at others in the same sector.

The ranking includes companies that respondents would recommend either because they are satisfied with their own workplace or because they would recommend those companies within their sector to friends and family.

Participation in the study was completely anonymous and under no circumstances were participants contacted through their employers. The sample includes professionals from various departments and hierarchical levels, ensuring its representativeness among the workforce employed by large companies in each country.
