Codes of conduct
IBERDROLA, S.A., parent company of the Iberdrola Group (holding 100% of the share capital of Iberdrola España), takes part in Autocontrol (Association for Self-regulation of Commercial Communication) and adheres to the Code of Conduct in Publicity and the Ethical Code for e-commerce and Interactive Publicity approved by that Association, which are available on its website www.autocontrol.es.

If the USER resides outside of Spain, Iberdrola España and the USER expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
