The company has strengthened its presence in four provinces with new offices in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), Villarrobledo (Albacete), Mora (Toledo) and Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca), bringing energy advice closer to households, businesses and self-employed customers.

Iberdrola España continues to strengthen its local customer service model in Castile-La Mancha with the opening of four new Customer Service Points during the first half of 2026 in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), Villarrobledo (Albacete), Mora (Toledo) and Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca), bringing energy advice closer to households, businesses and self-employed customers.

This expansion reflects the company's commitment to providing an increasingly accessible, personalised and local service to individual customers, businesses and self-employed customers, facilitating in-person enquiries and providing advice on innovative energy solutions. In addition, Iberdrola España plans to open three new Customer Service Points shortly in Casas Ibáñez (Albacete), La Solana (Ciudad Real) and Talavera de la Reina (Toledo).

Local customer service to drive the energy transition

The new customer service points allow customers to carry out routine procedures such as setting up, cancelling or modifying contracts, making billing enquiries, reviewing contracted services and receiving personalised advice for households, businesses and self-employed customers. They also provide information on innovative solutions related to the electrification of energy consumption, photovoltaic self-consumption, the installation of electric vehicle charging points and aerothermal energy.

Iberdrola España's institutional representative in Castile-La Mancha, Óscar Narros, highlighted that this strategy reflects the company's commitment to bringing the energy transition closer to citizens through spaces where they can receive advice tailored to their individual needs.

Commitment to rural areas

The opening of new customer service points forms part of Iberdrola España's strategy to strengthen its presence in small and medium-sized municipalities, bringing energy information and advice closer to where they are most needed.

In this regard, the company's participation in the Entre Pueblos Anda el Tema event, held in Elche de la Sierra, emphasised the importance of providing accessible and informative customer service in rural areas, helping residents resolve queries, learn about ways to save energy and access solutions adapted to their needs. For Iberdrola España, the energy transition must reach all areas and progress through a local approach, particularly in municipalities where personalised advice is key to improving the energy efficiency of households and businesses.

Following the latest openings, Iberdrola España has an extensive network of customer service points across Castile-La Mancha, covering all five provinces of the region, as part of a network of more than 650 offices throughout Spain.

The company will continue to expand its face-to-face customer service network in Castile-La Mancha with the upcoming opening of three new customer service points in Casas Ibáñez (Albacete), La Solana (Ciudad Real) and Talavera de la Reina (Toledo).
