Iberdrola España is strengthening its network of in-person customer service points in the province of Almería with the opening of a new centre in Huércal-Overa. The facility is designed to enhance customer service and provide tailored energy advice to residents of the town and its surrounding area.

The new service centre, located at 145 Carretera de la Estación, was inaugurated with a visit from the town’s mayor, Domingo Fernández, who was able to see first-hand the facilities and the range of services offered at the new location.

The office will be open Monday to Friday, with both morning and afternoon hours, providing customers with support tailored to their needs. This includes personalised recommendations on electricity plans best suited to their consumption profiles, as well as information on the company’s latest energy services.

The centre also offers advice on self-consumption solutions, electric vehicle charging points, air conditioning, aerothermal energy systems, and energy-efficient refurbishment. In addition, customers can access digital tools to monitor their energy use and optimise savings through more competitive electrification plans adapted to current market conditions.

Customers can also complete all standard procedures related to their energy supply, such as new connections, disconnections, or changes of account holder, making the process simpler and improving the overall customer experience.
