Iberdrola España has opened a new Customer Service Centre in Mora (Toledo) as part of its commitment to bringing its services closer to customers and strengthening personalised support for households, businesses and self-employed professionals in the town and surrounding area.

The new centre reflects Iberdrola España’s commitment to maintaining a local presence, enabling customers to receive tailored energy advice, resolve queries and complete administrative procedures conveniently and efficiently.

With the opening of the Mora office, Iberdrola España now operates 14 customer service centres across the province of Toledo. The new centre is located at 2 Calle Ciudad de Martos and is open during normal business hours.

The new Customer Service Centre will allow residents and businesses in Mora to carry out a wide range of routine procedures, including opening or closing accounts, making changes to contracts, resolving billing queries, reviewing contracted services and obtaining information about the company’s energy solutions In addition, customers will be able to receive advice on innovative and energy-efficient solutions for homes and businesses.

Services available at the centre include information on Iberdrola España’s electricity, gas and complementary products, as well as guidance on air-conditioning systems, energy-efficiency solutions, building refurbishment projects, self-consumption installations, electric vehicle charging points and digital tools designed to help customers monitor and optimise their energy use.

With this new opening, Iberdrola España reinforces its commitment to providing accessible, high-quality and personalised customer service, helping customers find solutions that promote energy savings, greater efficiency and environmental sustainability.

More than 650 customer service points across Spain

Iberdrola España operates more than 650 customer service points nationwide, including 48 across Castilla-La Mancha: 12 in Albacete, 14 in Toledo, six in Guadalajara, five in Cuenca and 11 in Ciudad Real. These offices are designed to ensure close proximity to customers and provide the personalised, high-quality service they need.

In addition, Iberdrola España offers customers an online platform where they can check opening hours and contact details and book appointments at the date and time most convenient for them.
