The new tool for orders, invoices and payments at Iberdrola España
If you are already a supplier for Iberdrola España, you have access to the MInfo Web Portal, where you can check the status of your operations related to orders, invoices and payments with the company, as well as view and update your basic information at any time.
All information provided on the portal is confidential, and all necessary technical measures have been taken to ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of the data consulted.
Registration and sign-up in MInfo as a supplier for Iberdrola España
To access the portal, you will have received an invitation email after your details were registered in Iberdrola España’s systems. From that email, or by requesting registration, you can sign up in MInfo using the following information:
- The supplier code provided by your contact person at Iberdrola España
- The email address of the contact person indicated in the registration form

To complete the registration as an Iberdrola España supplier, open the MInfo platform and then the Basic Information section:
- You’ll see all your details as Iberdrola España has them registered in its systems, including your general information (name, address, telephone number, etc.), bank details and, if applicable, the status of your certificates (contractors, residence, tax authorities, etc.) and alternative payment recipients.
- You can also request to modify your details (such as the bank account to receive payments) to keep them up to date in our systems.
Enabling access to MInfo for additional users in your company
Access to the application is centralised through a single administrator user, who is responsible for registering the rest of the Viewer users.
Since there may be various individuals within your organisation who need to access the application to consult different types of information, it is necessary to designate an Administrator to manage basic data and grant access to the different viewers.
