Iberdrola España has reinforced its in-person customer service in the municipality of Antequera (Málaga) with the launch of a new customer service point, a space designed to enhance service quality and provide tailored energy advice for citizens to local residents.

The new service point, located at Calle Calzada, 23, next to the municipal food market, was visited by the Mayor of Antequera, Manuel Barón, who had the opportunity to see first-hand the facilities and the range of services offered.

The office, managed by kW, an Iberdrola España partner, will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It is staffed by a specialised team dedicated to providing friendly, personalised assistance and comprehensive support on all energy-related matters.

At this new service point, customers can receive tailored recommendations on electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs, as well as information on Iberdrola’s latest energy services.

The office also provides advice on self-consumption, electric vehicle charging points, air conditioning systems, aerothermal energy and energy refurbishment, along with digital solutions such as the Smart Assistant, which enables customers to monitor their consumption and improve energy efficiency.

In addition, customers can complete all standard procedures related to their energy supply, including registrations, cancellations and changes of ownership, streamlining processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
