New Iberdrola España customer service point in Sada, A Coruña

Iberdrola España is strengthening its in-person customer service network in the province of A Coruña with the opening of a new customer service point, a space designed to improve service and energy advice for residents of the town and its surrounding area.

The new customer service point is located at Rúa Venezuela, 5, in Sada. The office is open Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon, to provide customers with service tailored to their needs, including personalised recommendations on electricity plans best suited to their requirements, as well as information about the company’s new energy services.

It also offers advice on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles, air conditioning, aerothermal energy, and energy-efficient renovation, in addition to digital solutions that help customers monitor their consumption and promote energy savings through more competitive electrification plans adapted to the current context.

The space also allows customers to carry out all the usual procedures related to utility services, such as new connections, cancellations, or changes of account holder, making these processes easier and improving the customer experience.
