More than two million Mi Iberdrola customers already enjoy discounts, concerts and trips

Mi Iberdrola, the loyalty programme run by Iberdrola Spain, has surpassed two million users since it was launched in March last year. The 100% free service, which is available to all customers, aims to reward their trust with discounts and exclusive offers.
The programme has evolved over the past year and five months, including new benefits and regularly innovating and launching new features, improvements that will continue in the coming months. ‘The aim of Mi Iberdrola is to establish a bond with customers who place their trust in us. We see this trust as a substantial value and are therefore constantly looking for ways to reward and thank them for their loyalty,’ says María Sampedro, head of Mi Iberdrola.
Mi Iberdrola currently offers three clear benefits. The first is the balance. With this feature, the company aims to reward its longest-standing customers, who can accumulate up to £40 per household per year. Additional balances can also be obtained in other ways, such as by referring a friend, using Iberdrola Spain's public charging network for electric vehicles, having a second home, signing up for other products, using the Iberdrola card or shopping with major brands. Also, just for joining the programme, the company offers a £5 welcome bonus.
To redeem the balance, customers choose when to do so, can accumulate it without limitations and decide on which contract they want to apply the discount, which is reflected directly on the next bill. In addition, since May, the balance can be used to shop at major brands.
Mi Iberdrola, as a second major benefit, and with the aim of rewarding customers who maintain their trust in the company day after day, offers a package of experiences ranging from music, culture and sport to travel around the world and wellness. The experiences are designed to appeal to all types of customers, whatever they may be and wherever they live, so they are distributed throughout all the provinces of Spain and are renewed every week, with between three and four new options added every Tuesday.
Among the more than 100 experiences that the company has offered since Mi Iberdrola was launched are tickets to festivals and concerts in Spain and abroad, such as Madcool, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Paul McCartney, Ed Sheeran, ACDC and Maná. Cities include Berlin, Paris and London, among others, offering customers a complete experience. There are also tickets to exhibitions, cinema, theatre, and exclusive performances only for Mi Iberdrola customers.
In the field of sports, the company has brought its most loyal customers closer to the Eurocup in Switzerland, the Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Madrid Open final, and the Queen's Cup, among others. Meanwhile, in terms of wellness, there is no shortage of yoga classes, personal training, and spa sessions.
Finally, as a great package of benefits, Iberdrola Spain offers discounts on major brands, not to mention that every purchase can generate additional credit in the programme. In total, there are more than 60 brands from all sectors, such as technology, supermarkets, leisure, travel, home, hotels, sports, restaurants and fashion.
