Iberdrola España strengthens its customer service with a new customer service point in Massanassa (Valencia)

Iberdrola España's new customer service point is located at Calle San Miquel, 25, in Massanassa

Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in Massanassa with the launch of a new customer service point, a space designed to improve service and energy advice for citizens in the l'Horta Sud region.


The inauguration of the new service point, located at Calle San Miquel, 25, was attended by the mayor of Massanassa, Paco Comes, and the mayor of Catarroja, Lorena Silvent, accompanied by the commercial delegate of Iberdrola España in the Valencia region, Joaquín Longares, together with the managers of Electrofernández, the associated company that will manage the office, Patricia Muñoz and Eugenio Fernández.


The establishment, which will be open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm and Monday to Thursday from 4.30 pm to 7 pm, provides customers with a specialised team to offer a friendly and personalised service, facilitating support in all energy matters.


At this new service point customers can receive personalised recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs as well as information on the company's new energy services.


The team also offers advice on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles, air conditioning, aerothermal energy and energy rehabilitation as well as digital solutions such as the Smart Assistant, which allows users to control consumption and promote energy savings.


The space also allows customers to carry out all the usual procedures related to supplies, such as registrations, cancellations or changes of ownership, facilitating the process and improving the customer experience.
