Iberdrola España opens a customer service office for local residents in Villacañas, Toledo

Iberdrola España has opened its first customer service office in Villacañas, Toledo to connect to its customers to improve the services it provides as well as offer personalised advice for both companies and individuals.

Iberdrola España has a total of 12 customer service offices in the province of Toledo, including the one opened today in Villacañas. The inauguration was attended by the town's mayor, Juan Ángel Almonacid Gallego, along with members of the municipal government team, including several councillors.

The new office is located on Calle Plaza de España nº3, and will be open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

In addition to selling electricity, gas, and all the company's complementary energy products and services, advice will be given on charging points for electric vehicles and their installation, air conditioning and energy rehabilitation and services such as the Smart assistant, which allows you to control and save on consumption, or the new heating systems with aerothermal energy.

The aim of this new opening is to provide advice and align all of Iberdrola España's energy services and products with the needs of each resident and each company. This goes for the most common services such as signing up, cancelling and modifying contracts to billing-related procedures, as well as innovative and efficient energy management systems for homes and businesses.
