Iberdrola España improves customer service with the refurbishment of its Plasencia branch office

Iberdrola España has renovated its customer service office in Plasencia with the aim of expanding and improving the services provided to all of the energy company's customers, as well as offering personalised advice for both households and businesses.
The premises have new furniture, a more accessible layout and better lighting, among other improvements. The Mayor of Plasencia, Fernando Pizarro, who visited the facilities this morning, was able to see all of these improvements.
Specifically, the office is located at 100, Sor Valentina Mirón Street, and offers personalised recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit the needs of each customer, as well as on new energy services, such as the solar communities that have been installed in the city.
In addition, advice will be offered on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles and their installation in the home, air conditioning, aerothermal energy and energy rehabilitation or services such as the Smart Assistant, which allows you to control and save on consumption.
The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 in the morning and from 16:30 to 18:30 in the afternoon.
Three solar communities in Plasencia
One of the most popular products is the solar communities that will allow more than 400 families in Plasencia to benefit from a reduction in their electricity bills and access to renewable self-consumption, without the need to have their own installation or make any investment.
Specifically, in the capital of Jerte there are three solar communities spread throughout the city, with more than 540 photovoltaic panels and a total installed power of just over 250 kWp. They are located on the roofs of different businesses, ranging from a mortuary to a vehicle spare parts company and an industrial supply company.
These communities allow any customer located within a radius of less than 2 km from the installation to join and self-consume green and local energy.
