Iberdrola España opens a customer service office in El Escorial to connect with residents

Iberdrola España inaugurated a service point in El Escorial, Madrid, with the attendance of the mayor, Antonio Vicente Rubio, the town planning councillor, Soledad del Valle, the Iberdrola España heads of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha for the residential market, Guillermo Romeu and Jose Maria Villalba, as well as Víctor Ciria, head of partner Ebora Electric for Iberdrola Clientes and Paolo Di Nunzio,head of public administrations. 

The new office is located on Avenida de la Constitución 5 and will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Iberdrola España's aim with these offices is connect with its customers on a day-to-day basis to improve the services it provides related to the electricity and gas, as well as offering a place for personalised advice for both companies and individuals.

This office will also provide advice on charging points for electric vehicles and installing them at home, air conditioning and energy rehabilitation, and the new heating systems with aerothermal energy.

Jesús Corrochano, the office manager, emphasised that ‘our aim with this inauguration is to provide advice and offer Iberdrola España's energy services and products, and be able to adapt to the needs of each resident and each company at any given time’.

Guillermo Romeu, the head of Iberdrola España in the Community of Madrid, pointed out that ‘Iberdrola España is still committed to a face-to-face model close to customers to support them in all their energy needs and be as connected to them as possible’.
