Iberdrola España opens a customer service point in El Escorial to bring the service closer to residents
- It will offer personalised advice on smart solutions such as electric vehicle charging points, climate control, and solar energy, among others
- The event was attended by the town’s mayor alongside the councillor for Urban Planning, partners from Ebora Electric, and Iberdrola España executives

Iberdrola España customer service point at Avenida de la Constitución 5, El Escorial (Madrid)
Iberdrola España has opened a new customer service point in El Escorial (Madrid), with the event attended by, among others, the mayor of the town, Antonio Vicente Rubio, the councillor for Urban Planning, Soledad del Valle, the heads of Iberdrola España’s Residential Market for Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha, Guillermo Romeu and Jose Maria Villalba, as well as Víctor Ciria, the Iberdrola Clients partner responsible for Ebora Electric, and Paolo Di Nunzio, Head of Public Administration.
The new office is located at Avenida de la Constitución 5 and will be open from 9:00am to 2:00pm and from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Iberdrola España's objective with these offices is to get closer to its customers on a daily basis to improve the services it provides, related to electricity and gas supplies, as well as offering a place for personalised advice for both businesses and individuals.
In addition, this office will also provide advice on electric vehicle charging points and their installation at home, climate control, energy rehabilitation, and new heating systems with aerothermal technology.
The head of the office, Jesús Corrochano, highlighted that "our goal with this opening is to offer advice and bring all the energy services and products of Iberdrola España closer to the residents and businesses, tailored to their specific needs at any given moment".
For his part, the head of Iberdrola España in the Madrid region, Guillermo Romeu, stated that "Iberdrola España continues to support a close, face-to-face model with customers to help them with all their energy needs and be as available as possible."
More than 550 customer service points across Spain
Iberdrola España has over 550 customer service points across the country. In the Community of Madrid, there are 80, including the newly opened office in El Escorial.
This Iberdrola España office will open its doors to residents with the goal of offering a more personalised and accessible service for managing various tasks such as signing up for electricity and gas, changing account holder, tariff changes, power adjustments, and more.
