i-DE session held at FEDETO to strengthen collaboration with installers and engineers on electrical file management
i-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, Iberdrola España's distribution company, held a training session at the Toledo Business Federation (FEDETO) aimed at installers and members of the Official College of Industrial Technical Engineers and Graduates of Toledo.
This in-person meeting, requested by the attending professionals, focused on spreading knowledge of the file management process through the private area of i-DE’s file management platform - ConectaT. GEA is a portal designed to facilitate registration and processing of files for customers, technicians, electrical installers, engineering firms, construction companies, developers, and marketers.
The event, promoted by Mercedes Mora Alcalá, Head of the Toledo sector of i-DE Redes Eléctricas Inteligentes, brought together a significant number of professionals, emphasizing the importance of providing clear and up-to-date tools to improve management efficiency. “Proper processing helps speed up timelines,” she highlighted.
The session featured a presentation by the MT/AT Network Development Technician, Sergio García Pascual-Muerte, who explained installation documentation and best practices in this area. Among the topics discussed during the meeting, the process for access and connection was presented in detail, including the file management platform, documentation during the application process, required installation information, best practices, contact channels, and issue resolution, as well as best practices for BT installations.
According to i-DE, the questions and contributions enriched the content, consolidating the session as a space for collaborative learning. Given its success, further training actions are planned for installation managers, development managers, and engineers, aimed at reinforcing relationships and promoting continuous improvement in file management.
Advantages of the i-DE ConectaT Platform
The i-DE ConectaT file management platform offers advantages such as eliminating the need to travel to offices for paperwork and providing permanent access at any time of day. This reduces deadlines and necessary resources, standardizes the process and documentation, sets the order of entry registration for requests, and keeps applicants and companies informed in real time about operations performed through the application via email and SMS.
With these initiatives, i-DE once again demonstrates its commitment to training as a key value to adapt to changes, reaffirming its strong commitment to Castilla y León.
