This was followed by a presentation by Javier Arriola (Director of the Northern Region of i-DE, Iberdrola España’s company distribution) on the current status of and opportunities for electrification in the Basque Country.

Finally, the members of the CEBEK Board of Directors, led by its president Guillermo Buces and accompanied by Asís Canales (president of i -DE Redes, Global Director of Resources and Services and Iberdrola España’s institutional representative in the Basque Country, as well as Vice-President of CEBEK), visited the Global Smart Grids Innovation Hub, Iberdrola España's global headquarters for smart grids in the capital of Biskaia.
