Following the festival there will be a show featuring 1,500 drones, which will be visible from much of the city
Both celebrations are in addition to those already announced for 27 June in Madrid — featuring Lenny Kravitz, Manuel Carrasco, Ana Mena and Álvaro de Luna — and 28 November in Valencia — featuring Estopa and Mafalda Cardenal —

The programme of events to mark the company's anniversary is rounded off with technology and art exhibitions, social events and the illumination of iconic buildings and monuments.

The Iberdrola Group, of which Iberdrola España is a part, invites the public and visitors to Bilbao to celebrate its 125th anniversary on 12 June with a music festival and the largest drone show organised to date in Spain, both free of charge and open to the public.

From 4.00 pm Doña Casilda Park will host a day where music takes centre stage. The line-up features Juanes, Antonio Orozco, Rigoberta Bandini and Süne, four nationally and internationally renowned artists of different styles offering a wide-ranging programme designed for all audiences.

The celebrations will continue with a drone show unprecedented in our country: at 11:00 pm a total of 1,500 drones will draw figures and light displays around the Torre Iberdrola in a display visible from various points across Bilbao. It will be a large-scale show powered by 100% renewable energy sources, celebrating the Iberdrola Group's contribution to innovation and sustainability and its commitment to people through a unique collective experience combining technology, music and visual effects.

The event forms part of a wider programme through which the company is commemorating its anniversary under the slogan "125 años luz", with initiatives aimed at employees, customers, shareholders and the general public. Highlights include the music festival on 27 June in Madrid, featuring Lenny Kravitz, Manuel Carrasco, Ana Mena and Álvaro de Luna, and the concert by Estopa and Mafalda Cardenal on 28 November in Valencia.

The programme is rounded off with technology and art exhibitions, social events and the illumination of iconic buildings and monuments — initiatives through which Iberdrola shares its history, linked to its contribution to development through electrification and its commitment to the regions in which it operates.
