Iberdrola España is expanding its in-person customer service in Extremadura with 26 branches

Iberdrola España has strengthened its network of in-person customer service points in Extremadura after increasing the number of branches by 25% in recent months, bringing the total to 26 offices spread across the provinces of Cáceres and Badajoz.


This expansion enables the company to broaden and improve the services it provides to its customers, with the aim of offering a more personalised service, making it easier to carry out administrative procedures and directly resolving enquiries relating to contracts, supplies, bills, tariffs and energy solutions.


Specifically in the province of Cáceres, Iberdrola España has 11 customer service offices: three in the city of Cáceres, two in Plasencia and one each in Navalmoral de la Mata, Moraleja, Trujillo, Coria, Jaraíz de la Vera and Miajadas.


The network of in-person customer service offices in the province of Badajoz comprises 15 offices, with three in the city of Badajoz, two in Mérida and two in Zafra as well as offices in Don Benito, Villanueva de la Serena, Almendralejo, Villafranca de los Barros, Jerez de los Caballeros, Castuera, Montijo and San Vicente de Alcántara. Furthermore, another customer service point is due to open shortly in the city of Badajoz bringing the total in the province to 16.


Iberdrola España's offices in Extremadura offer personalised advice to both households and businesses on the electricity and gas plans best suited to each customer's needs. They also provide information on the company's new energy services, including self-consumption, solar communities, electric vehicle charging points and their installation at home, air conditioning, aerothermal energy and energy-efficient refurbishment. Customers can also find out about services such as Smart Assistant, a tool that allows them to monitor and optimise energy consumption in their home or business.


In addition, Iberdrola España has a presence in all Carrefour centres in Extremadura with eight points of sale and in the five Leroy Merlin stores in the autonomous region. These 13 locations are dedicated to the sale and contracting of products and services.


With these networks Iberdrola España is strengthening its regional presence in Extremadura and its commitment to a customer service model that is local, accessible and tailored to the needs of customers throughout the autonomous region.
