Iberdrola España has opened a Customer Service Centre in Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca) with the aim of bringing its services closer to customers in the town and the surrounding area, whilst strengthening personalised support for private individuals, businesses and the self-employed. The town's mayor, Irene Cabrera Rodríguez, officially opened this new facility, accompanied by councillors, local residents and business owners from Mota, alongside representatives from Iberdrola España, including the company's Institutional Delegate for Castilla-La Mancha, Óscar Narros.

For Iberdrola España the new customer service centre highlights the importance of maintaining a local presence to answer queries, carry out administrative procedures and provide energy advice tailored to each customer's needs.

Iberdrola España now has a total of six customer service centres in the province of Cuenca including the one in Mota del Cuervo. The office is located at Plaza Mayor, 9 and will be open during normal business hours.

This new customer service centre will enable residents and businesses in Mota del Cuervo and the surrounding area to carry out routine procedures such as connecting to or disconnecting from the network, making changes to contracts, enquiring about bills, reviewing contracted services or requesting information on energy products. In addition the centre will offer advice on innovative and efficient solutions for homes and businesses.

Among the services available Iberdrola España will provide information on the company's electricity, gas and complementary products as well as on air-conditioning systems, geothermal heating, energy-efficient refurbishment, self-consumption, the installation of charging points for electric vehicles and digital tools designed to monitor and reduce energy consumption.

With this opening Iberdrola España is reinforcing its commitment to providing a more personalised, accessible and high-quality service, based on tailored support and the search for solutions that contribute to energy savings, efficiency and environmental protection.

More than 650 customer service points in Spain and Castilla-La Mancha

Iberdrola España has more than 650 customer service points spread across the whole of Spain. In Castilla-La Mancha there are 47 offices: specifically 11 in Albacete, 14 in Toledo, 6 in Guadalajara, 6 in Cuenca and 10 in Ciudad Real. The main aim of these offices is to be close to customers and to be able to meet their needs at all times, offering a personalised, high-quality service.

In addition Iberdrola España provides the public with a search tool for nearby offices, where customers can check opening hours and contact details and book an appointment for a date and time that best suits them.
