Iberdrola | bp pulse joint venture secures financing of up to €230 million to expand its high-power public charging network

The company has signed a Club Deal financing agreement of approximately €130 million, with the option to increase it to €230 million, to fund its investment plan over the next three years — with the possibility of extending it to five years — and support the continued expansion of its high-power charging infrastructure in Spain and Portugal.
The agreement, the largest financing transaction in Spain's electric mobility sector, confirms the maturity of the partnership, which has deployed more than 2,500 operational high-power public charging points in less than three years.

The Iberdrola | bp pulse joint venture has secured bank financing of approximately €130 million, with the option to increase the amount to €230 million, to support the company's growth plan over the coming years. The financing will enable the continued rollout of high-power public charging infrastructure across Spain and Portugal and marks another milestone in the development of the partnership, which was established less than three years ago to accelerate electric mobility across the Iberian Peninsula.
