Iberdrola España launches a customer service center in Villarrobledo (Albacete) to strengthen its local service

Iberdrola España has opened a customer service center in Villarrobledo (Albacete) with the aim of continuing to bring its services closer to customers in the town and the surrounding region, strengthening personalized support for both individuals and businesses and self-employed professionals.

For Iberdrola España, the new service center highlights the importance of having local offices to answer questions, handle administrative tasks and provide energy advice tailored to each user's needs.

Iberdrola España now has a total of 12 service centers in the province of Albacete, including the one in Villarrobledo. The office is located at 10 Graciano Atienza Street and is open during business hours.

This new customer service center will allow residents and businesses in Villarrobledo to carry out routine procedures such as account openings, closures and contract modifications, as well as inquiries about billing, reviews of contracted services or requests for information on energy products. Additionally the center will offer advice on innovative and efficient solutions for homes and businesses.

Among the available services, Iberdrola España will provide information on electricity, gas and the company’s complementary products, as well as on HVAC systems, aerothermal energy, energy retrofits, self-consumption, installation of charging stations for electric vehicles and digital tools designed to monitor and reduce consumption.

With this opening Iberdrola España reinforces its commitment to providing more personalized, accessible and high-quality customer service, based on personalized support and the search for solutions that contribute to energy savings, efficiency and environmental protection.

More than 650 service locations in Spain and Castilla-La Mancha

Iberdrola España has more than 650 Service Centers throughout Spain. In Castilla-La Mancha there are 47 offices: specifically 12 in Albacete, 13 in Toledo, 6 in Guadalajara, 5 in Cuenca and 11 in Ciudad Real. The main objective of these offices is to be close to customers and able to meet their needs at all times, offering personalized, high-quality service.

In addition Iberdrola España provides the public with a search tool for nearby offices where users can check hours, contact information and request an appointment to be served at the date and time that best suits each customer.
