Inauguration of a new Iberdrola España Premium customer service point in Valencia

Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in Valencia with the opening of a new premium customer service point, designed as an experiential showroom offering personalised energy advice in a fully renovated, modern and comfortable environment.

The inauguration of the new service point, located at Plaza Tetuán 15, was attended by Joaquín Longares, commercial delegate of Iberdrola España in the Valencian Community, and Sara Díez, CEO of Vestel Ingenieros, the partner company responsible for managing the office.

The facility will be open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It offers customers a specialised team providing personalised and close support for all energy-related matters.

At this renewed service point, customers can receive personalised recommendations on electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs, as well as information about the company’s latest energy services.

Advice is also available on solar self-consumption, electric vehicle charging points, air-conditioning solutions, aerothermal technology, and energy refurbishment, in addition to digital tools such as Smart Assistant, which enables customers to monitor their energy consumption and promote energy savings.

The space also allows customers to complete all standard procedures related to their energy supply contracts, such as registrations, cancellations or changes of contract holder, simplifying administrative processes and improving the overall customer experience.
