Sponsored by Iberdrola España, the 17th Edition of the MUCHO X VIVIR ZAMORA 2025 RACE will take place on October 19th

Once again, the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) is celebrating the new edition of the solidarity walk, bringing together around 10,000 people, with Iberdrola España as the main sponsor. This year, it is expected that the Zamora population, along with various sponsors, collaborators, and media outlets, will be highly involved.

Zamora will kick off on October 19th, coinciding with this year's World Breast Cancer Day. This year, the breast cancer awareness campaign carries the slogan "NOS LO TOMAMOS A PECHO" (We Take It to Heart).  The Spanish Association Against Cancer has set a goal for the coming years to exceed a 70% survival rate in cancer, thanks to research. To achieve this, it has launched a new call for funding for clinical research, talent, innovation, and centers of excellence. Therefore, all the funds raised in the 17th Mucho X Vivir Race will be allocated to various projects aimed at addressing the challenge of surpassing the 70% survival rate.

During the press session held this morning at 11:00 am at the AECC Headquarters at Avenida Portugal, 40-42, all race information was presented, including details such as dates and times for runners, walkers, and cyclists. Additionally, the registration cost, where to register, the race route, and the great importance of this fundraising sports activity were explained—an initiative that helps advance cancer research.
