Iberdrola España entrusts Legálitas with providing legal advisory services to its customers

The service, which was already available to the energy company’s residential customers, is now being extended to self-employed professionals and small businesses, who can subscribe to it either independently or as part of bundled service packages

Iberdrola España has announced an agreement with Legálitas to provide its customers with a comprehensive legal advisory solution. Through this partnership, Iberdrola España — which already offered this service to more than 85,000 residential customers — aims to provide self-employed professionals and small businesses with greater peace of mind by offering extensive legal cover and round-the-clock access to a team of more than 800 specialist lawyers.

The new service will be available both as a standalone offering and as part of Iberdrola España’s various bundled service packages, which provide broader scope and coverage and are already used by more than 100,000 customers.

Thanks to this partnership, Iberdrola España customers will have access to legal support whenever they face any type of issue or emergency related to their personal or professional activities. The service includes unlimited legal consultations, document reviews, assistance with administrative procedures and legal guidance across a wide range of areas, including consumer law, housing, employment and commercial matters, among others. In addition, the service includes a 24-hour legal emergency helpline, ensuring immediate assistance in critical situations.
