Iberdrola España strengthens its customer service with a new customer service center in Moncofa (Castellón)

The office, located at 9 Ausiàs March Street, offers personalized advice and allows customers to handle all standard procedures related to energy services.

The inauguration was attended by the mayor of Moncofa, Wenceslao Alós, and Councilman José María Andrés; the mayor of Xilxes, Ismael Minguet; accompanied by the Commercial Delegate of Iberdrola España in the Valencian Community, Joaquín Longares; and the heads of Inselco, Jaume López and Pedro José Paradís.

Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in Moncofa (Castellón) with the launch of a new customer service center, a space designed to improve service and energy advice for residents of the Plana Baixa region.

The inauguration of the new service center, located at 9 Ausiàs March Street, was attended by the mayor of Moncofa, Wenceslao Alós, and Councilman José María Andrés; the mayor of Xilxes, Ismael Minguet; accompanied by the Commercial Delegate of Iberdrola España in the Valencian Community, Joaquín Longares, along with the heads of Inselco, the partner company that will manage the office, Jaume López and Pedro José Paradís.

The facility, which will be open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., provides customers with a specialized team to offer friendly, personalized service, assisting them with all their energy-related needs.

At this new service center, customers can receive personalized recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs, as well as information on the company’s new energy services.

Additionally, the center offers advice on self-consumption, electric vehicle charging stations, HVAC, aerothermal energy, and energy retrofits, as well as digital solutions such as the Smart Assistant, which allows customers to monitor their consumption and promote energy savings.

The space also allows customers to handle all standard utility-related procedures, such as account openings, cancellations, or changes in account ownership, streamlining the process and enhancing the customer experience.
