Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in the municipality of Antequera with the launch of a new customer service point, a space designed to improve service and energy advice for citizens in the region.

The new service point, located at Calle Calzada, 23, next to the food market, was visited by the mayor of Antequera, Manuel Barón, who was able to see first-hand the facilities and services provided by this new customer service space.

The office, which will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., is managed by kW, a partner of Iberdrola España, which provides customers with a specialised team to offer a friendly and personalised service, facilitating support in all energy matters.

At this new service point, customers can receive personalised recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs, as well as information on the company's new energy services.

Advice is also offered on self-consumption, charging points for electric vehicles, air conditioning, aerothermal energy and energy rehabilitation, as well as digital solutions such as the Smart Assistant, which allows customers to control their consumption and promote energy savings.

The space also allows customers to carry out all the usual procedures related to supplies, such as registrations, cancellations or changes of ownership, facilitating the process and improving the customer experience.
