Iberdrola España customer service point

Iberdrola España has opened four more customer service offices in the province of A Coruña, Galicia, in Arteixo, Pontedeume, Padrón and Melide. The company's objective is to be easy for its customers to contact any day to improve the services it provides as well as to offer a place where both businesses and individuals can receive personalised advice.

These facilities provide advice on charging points for electric vehicles and how to set them up at home, air conditioning and energy rehabilitation, solar communities, products such as the Smart Assistant, which allows users to control and save on their use, and innovative aerothermal heating systems. The company also markets its electricity, gas and all its energy products

The Arteixo service point is located on Avenida del Balneario, 32, and is managed by José Joaquín Tejera. Not far away, in Pontedeume, David Martínez serves residents and customers at Avenida Ricardo Sánchez 17. Padrón has opened a new office at Rúa do Sol, 8, run by Armando Rivas and Miguel Saavedra, and in Melide Miguel Papín manages the office at Rúa Cantón San Roque, 4.

Borja Cancela, commercial director of Iberdrola España in Galicia, emphasised that ‘our goal is to provide all of the company's energy services and products and to be able to adapt to the needs of each resident and each business at any time. We work to promote efficiency, energy saving and care for the environment and to convey this to our customers in a more people-oriented and friendly way through personalised service so that our customers can optimise their power use’.

Investment in solar communities in Galicia

Iberdrola España's new facilities in the province of A Coruña offer a more personalised service when it comes to doing things like changing accounts or account holders, renewing discounts, providing information on social subsidies, or changing tariffs or power ratings.

Iberdrola España’s main goal is to be close to customers and to be able to meet their needs at all times, offering  personalised, high-quality service.

One of the most innovative plans that the company has underway throughout the country are its solar communities, facilities that allow people to enjoy all the benefits of solar energy without the need for photovoltaic panels on their own roofs. This is a booming new business model that not only helps customers save on their bills but also helps decarbonise the planet.

The only requirement to receive this new green energy from the solar community and save up to 30% on your electricity bill is to be within two kilometres of the facility and be a customer of Iberdrola España. Residents of Lugo can now visit the office to find out how to sign up.
