Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in Callosa de Segura with the launch of a new customer service center, a space designed to improve service and energy advice for residents of the Vega Baja region.

The inauguration of the new service center, located at 14 Nuestra Señora de los Desamparados Street, was attended by Callosa de Segura City Council members José Ginés Pelegrin and Ángel García Aguilar; accompanied by Jesús Candenas, head of Residential and SME Customers at Iberdrola in Alicante and the Region of Murcia, along with Diego Pascual, head of Mora Solutions, the partner company that will manage the office.

The facility, which will be open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm and on Fridays from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, provides customers with a specialized team to offer a friendly and personalized service, assisting them with all their energy-related needs.

At this new service center customers can receive personalized recommendations on the electricity and gas plans that best suit their needs as well as information on the company's new energy services.

Additionally the center offers advice on self-consumption, electric vehicle charging stations, HVAC, aerothermal energy and energy retrofits as well as digital solutions such as the Smart Assistant, which helps monitor consumption and promote energy savings.

The space also allows customers to handle all standard procedures related to utility services, such as sign-ups, cancellations or changes in account ownership, streamlining the process and enhancing the customer experience.
