Iberdrola España has strengthened its in-person customer service in the parish of A Valenzá, in the municipality of Barbadás (Ourense), with the opening of a new customer service point. This new facility is designed to enhance customer support and provide specialised energy advice to local residents.

The new service point, located at Avenida Celanova 24, is managed by Lino Álvarez Rastrojo, an energy sector professional with extensive experience in customer information and advisory services.

Customers can also obtain advice on self-consumption, electric vehicle charging points, air conditioning, aerothermal systems and energy efficiency upgrades, as well as digital tools such as the Smart Assistant, which enables users to monitor their energy consumption and improve efficiency. In addition, the service point allows customers to carry out all standard supply-related procedures, including new connections, service cancellations and changes of contract holder.
